Role description

Reports to: 
Managing Director 

Reporting Responsibilities: 
You are expected to report any matters that may positively or negatively affect Kolos Lifting’s ability to meet its contractual obligations and overall goals. 

Deputy: 
Sales and Order Coordinator Main Responsibilities: 

  • Handle all aspects of the company’s order processing
  • Follow up with customers and maintain good client relationships
  • Contribute to ensuring that Kolos Lifting AS is perceived as an attractive and preferred business partner through professional conduct and service 

Authority: 
You are authorized to take all necessary actions required to fulfill your responsibilities effectively. 

Key Tasks: 

  • Register and verify all incoming orders in the company’s ERP system
  • Create rental orders based on approved quotations
  • Prepare quotations for standard products
  • Send order confirmations to customers
  • Monitor order progress and inform customers of any delays
  • Handle invoicing of rentals and sales orders
  • Be familiar with and adhere to all relevant parts of Kolos Lifting’s management system
  • Contribute to a positive work environment and promote teamwork
  • Maintain a solution-oriented and flexible approach 

Quality: 
You are responsible for the quality of all work you perform. This includes becoming thoroughly familiar with and adhering to relevant regulations, company management systems, and contractual requirements. 

Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE): 
You are responsible for ensuring that all work is performed safely and with proper consideration for the environment. Active participation in the company’s HSE and electrical safety efforts is required, including reporting hazardous conditions or incidents without delay. 

Flexibility: 
You may be assigned additional tasks beyond those described in this job description as needed. Training and Development: In cooperation with your immediate supervisor, you will identify any training needs related to your position.Employees are expected to share knowledge and experience with colleagues and participate in all mandatory courses and company events. 

Information Management: 
Employees have access to sensitive information related to the company, its employees, and customers. Such information must be handled responsibly and stored securely to prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure that could harm the company, its owners, employees, or clients.
