Kolos Lifting & Inspection is growing, and we’re looking for a passionate and technically skilled Technical Sales Engineer to help drive our sales in testing and inspection of lifting equipment.

About the Role

As a Technical Sales Engineer, you’ll play a key role in building and nurturing relationships with strategic customers. You will identify new business opportunities, manage the sales process from initial contact to contract signing, and contribute to profitable growth for Kolos.

You’ll work closely with colleagues in product development, projects, and service to deliver tailored, technically sound, and competitive solutions.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
  • Prepare proposals, budget estimates, and technical solutions in early phases
  • Lead negotiations and secure favorable agreements
  • Identify growth opportunities in existing and new market segments
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for assigned segments
  • Ensure seamless coordination between technical and commercial teams
  • Report on sales activities, market trends, and results

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in sales, marketing, engineering, or mechanical disciplines
  • Relevant experience in technical sales, inspection services, or lifting equipment testing
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand customer needs
  • Confident communicator with both technical experts and decision-makers
  • Structured, solution-oriented, and motivated by achieving results
