You are expected to report any matters—positive or negative—that may affect Kolos Lifting & Inspection’s ability to meet its contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, or overall financial and operational goals. Transparent and timely reporting is essential to maintaining accuracy and ensuring compliant payroll and accounting processes.
In your absence, your responsibilities will be handled by the designated Payroll and Accounting Coordinator or another person appointed by your immediate supervisor.
As a Payroll and Accounting Specialist, you are responsible for supporting key financial processes and ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant execution of payroll and accounting tasks. Your primary responsibilities include:

You are authorized to take all necessary actions required to carry out your duties effectively, within the framework of applicable regulations, internal procedures, and financial controls.
You are responsible for the quality and accuracy of all work you perform. This includes maintaining thorough knowledge of relevant legislation, internal procedures, the Kolos Lifting & Inspection management system, and contractual obligations. Ensuring data integrity and compliance is a critical part of the role.
You are responsible for ensuring that all work is performed safely and in accordance with company HSE guidelines. You must actively participate in the company’s HSE work, including reporting any hazards, non-conformities, or incidents without delay.
You may be assigned additional tasks beyond those described in this role description when required by the company’s operational needs. Such responsibilities will be aligned with your competence, and necessary training will be provided.
In cooperation with your immediate supervisor, you will identify any training needs relevant to your position. Employees are expected to share knowledge, support colleagues, and participate in mandatory training programs and company events.
You will have access to sensitive information concerning the company, employees, and customers. Such information must be handled responsibly, stored securely, and protected against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Any breach of confidentiality may have serious consequences for the company and its stakeholders.
