Kolos provides rental of robust marine cranes for a wide range of operations from the Norwegian continental shelf to global maritime vessels. We understand that every job has unique requirements, and we’ve built our crane fleet accordingly. All cranes comply with ISO 19354 and EN 12999 / DNV‑ST‑0378 for offshore installations.

ATEX‑approved for Ex zones

For operations in explosive environments - oil and gas, tankers, FPSOs, and platforms, several of our cranes are ATEX‑approved. This means all documentation and certification are in place from the start, without you having to chase it down.

Kolos also adheres to the tightened requirements for periodic testing, documentation, and inspection.

In accordance with DNV requirements

Our cranes meet the relevant DNV standards for use on vessels. For shipowners and operators, this means fewer surprises during approval processes and safer execution overall.

We currently have eight cranes available for rental, with a response time of 48–72 hours from inquiry to delivery.
