Due to increasing activity and an upcoming temporary vacancy, we are now seeking a structured and committed employee for a varied role with a primary focus on rentals, combined with sales, service, and procurement.

This is initially a temporary position, but for the right person there are good opportunities for permanent employment. We are particularly focused on finding someone who wants to become a long-term part of our team.

Responsibilities

Rental operations (main focus):

  • Registering and following up rental orders from quotation to invoicing
  • Coordinating availability within the rental fleet
  • Customer follow-up before, during, and after the rental period
  • Ensuring correct documentation and registration in the ERP system

Sales and order processing:

  • Preparing quotes for standard products and rentals
  • Order processing, order confirmations, and follow-up
  • Invoicing of sales and rentals

Service and procurement:

  • Sales and procurement of parts for service and maintenance
  • Assisting in planning and execution of larger service jobs
  • Dialogue with suppliers and follow-up of orders
  • Handling deviations in case of errors or missing items

Cross-functional support:

  • Supporting sales, workshop, and procurement as needed
  • Contributing to improvements in routines and workflows
  • Active participation in creating a safe and positive working environment

Desired Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a technical interest or technical competence, which is a strong advantage for this role. Experience from a rental company or working with rentals is desirable, as well as experience in order processing, service, procurement, or use of ERP systems. You are structured, reliable, and responsible, and you take pride in delivering high-quality work. At the same time, you are service-minded and comfortable communicating with both customers and suppliers. You enjoy a varied workday and collaborate well across departments. Personal qualities and the right attitude will be highly valued, and full training will be provided.
